Authentic 1930's Mediterranean home renovated. Step outside the master bedroom to your private pool. There are 5-6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in the main house.

Also INCLUDED is a separate guest studio apartment for two adjacent to the home, also near the pool. Air conditioned.

ALL BEDS ARE NEW and of high quaity. King size bed in master bedroom. Most areas are air-conditioned. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. New clothes washer + dryer.

WiFi internet access. Large color TV with DVD, satellite signal.

Enjoy a wonderful meal and glass of wine on one of two rear decks, offering the very famous sea view Monet painted of Antibes. There is a single garage and additional secure parking for several cars inside our gates. 4 adult + 2 children bikes with helmets available.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, one block from beautiful Mediterranean ... sandy beaches a few blocks further. Jogging path along the sea.

RATES:
Low off season rate from only 1100 euros week or 3300 month.

April/May average rates 1900-2500 euros week.

Summer average rate 4000 euros week.
