Just received this from a guest who stayed there mid-September 2007:
Hi Ray,
We are back in Hamburg now. We had a great time. The apartment is very nice and we enjoyed our stay there very, very much.
I took a look at the CDs and I saw you have the Köln Concert by Keith Jarret which is one of my favourites (by the way, I am interested in Jazz music and this June we were lucky to see Chick Corea and Gary Burton together in Lübeck at the Schleswig-Holstein Festival: great concert).
Each day we were swimming at least for one time in the sea, yesterday we jumped three times in the beautiful water. Nice is a wonderful place, isn't it? The sea, lots of the arts, delicious food, a fantastic landscape, sunny weather and very friendly people, and all of it is very close together. We visited the museum of Renoir in Cagnes-sur-Mer, and the Matisse in Nice, both great.

When we left your place this morning we took the garbage, did the washing up, switched off all lights, closed the windows and locked the door. We did our best to leave it the same way we have found it when we arrived. After we arrived here in Hamburg I went to a post office and sent the keys back to you. They should arrive at your end within 5-7 days.
Ray, we spent some wonderful days in your apartment. When we return to Nice (and we will) we would like to stay there again, it is a wonderful place.
Kind regards from Hamburg
Jürgen and Monika
