This apartment is centrally located in the Marais, close to a metro stop, yet comfortable walking distance to the Pompidou Center (Museum of Modern Art), Picasso Museum and Notre Dame. Spend your days wandering the narrow streets, discovering the hidden treasures of the Marais—museums, art galleries, boutiques, cafes, quaint squares, gourmet restaurants and epicurean delights.

We recently remodeled Rose and it offers you all the comforts when traveling away from home. Nestled on a quiet cobblestone courtyard, you will find a peaceful haven to relax after a busy day sightseeing, or you may even decide to stay inside, curled up with a good book. Located on the ground floor, with tall French doors opening onto the flowered courtyard, it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. There is an open ‘loft-style’ living space with high ceilings and an interior spiral staircase leading up to the mezzanine where there is a double bed, with a firm mattress. We provide high quality French linen sheets and towels (pure cotton).

Downstairs is a sofa which converts to a comfortable double bed. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, espresso machine, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Here is also the bathroom where you will find a large walk-in shower as well as a washer/dryer.

For those who need to stay “connected”, there is broadband WIFI internet access as well as the International Herald Tribune delivered to your door daily. Additionally, there is cable TV, with many international channels such as CNN, BBC, CNBC, MTV, VH1, ZDF etc. You will also find a large selection of books on Paris as well as many English novels and classics, a CD player and a multi-system DVD player, with a selection of CDs and DVDs. There is a telephone and answering machine and all calls in France are included in our rental price.

Please note: Rose is a non-smoking apartment.

RATES

140 euro/night for up to 2 people (minimum 3 nights), Each additional person 20 euro/night (4 people max). 50 euro cleaning fee. 300 euro security deposit.
